How to Use the Calculator on the Road?
1. Open your Roadrunner App after your shift.
2. Check your Wallet Balance (COD cash) and enter it.
3. Check your total Payments/Earnings and enter it.
4. The exact amount to remit appears with 2% tax already deducted.
What Does a Negative Remittance Mean?
If (Refund) appears, your earnings are higher than COD cash. Your wallet is safe, and the excess will be added to your weekly payout.

Remit before exceeding your wallet's credit limit to avoid account holds. Use the calculator to deduct immediately.
⚡ Strategies to Stay in Batch 1 or Batch 2
Keep your Acceptance Rate (AR) high, avoid being late, and ensure no no-shows to maintain your rating.
🌍 What is the "Batch-Free" System?
Some areas have removed the traditional batching system. All active riders receive the same base pay. Focus on Quests and Incentives, speed, and location.
🚨 What to Do When GCash/7-Eleven Errors During Remittance?
If deducted but not reflected, screenshot the reference number and file a ticket with Rider Support under "Remittance Issue".

Why is 2% Deducted from Our Earnings?
In accordance with BIR Revenue Regulations, platform riders are subject to a 2% Creditable Withholding Tax on gross earnings.
Where Does the 2% Deduction Go?
It is directly remitted by the company to the BIR as an advance tax payment for your annual income tax.
How to Get BIR Form 2307?
Form 2307 is the official proof of tax withheld. Request it from Ka-Panda Rider Support quarterly. Use it as tax credit when filing your ITR.

This utility web application was built to provide fast, accurate, and easy computation of earnings and remittances for my fellow Ka-Panda Riders in the Philippines, especially for our teammates riding in the Quezon area.
